Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
RT Group Truck & Trailer Repair Center ("RT Group," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website you are visiting. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and quote request forms, including your name, phone number, email address, company/fleet name, and details about the service you're requesting. We do not require you to create an account to use this site.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to quote requests and contact form submissions
- To schedule and provide repair, inspection, and related services
- To communicate with you about your service request
SMS & Call Consent
If you check the consent box on our contact or quote request form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from RT Group Truck & Trailer Repair Center about your service request, using the phone number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or call (224) 588-3442 to be removed from any calling list.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices
We use separate choices for optional analytics and advertising measurement. You can accept both categories, decline optional measurement, or choose categories in Cookie settings. The ordinary phone number and quote form are available whether or not you consent to either category.
Analytics. If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects statistics about page visits and interactions, such as page paths, browser and device information, and engagement. Google may use cookies and identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions. We do not describe this information as fully anonymous. Google Signals and advertising-personalization settings are disabled in this website integration.
Advertising measurement. If you allow Advertising measurement, Google Ads tags measure website conversions and may replace the displayed phone number with a Google forwarding number to measure calls. Google may store advertising-related cookies or click identifiers. The phone number remains callable without this category; calls made to the ordinary number may not be attributed to an advertisement. We keep ad personalization disabled in this integration.
Necessary preference storage. We use a first-party preference cookie and browser local storage to remember and synchronize your selections for up to 180 days. The preference contains your selections, version, and timestamps, not the content of your inquiry. Older or conflicting records are not treated as fresh permission. If browser storage is unavailable, optional measurement remains off and the site may ask for your choice again.
Changing your mind. Use Cookie settings to change or withdraw a choice. Withdrawal pauses optional measurement on the current page and we attempt to clear the known first-party measurement cookies and storage. We do not automatically reload a page or erase an unfinished form. After a withdrawal, categories you continue to allow resume on the next page load, rather than restarting the already-loaded tracking code. We cannot undo data already transmitted, guarantee cancellation of requests already in transit, or remove cookies owned by other domains.
Quote requests. Information you enter in a quote request is used to handle that inquiry independently of optional measurement. Without advertising-measurement permission, the form's page-reference field contains only the site origin and page path. With permission, it may also contain a limited set of campaign and advertising-click parameters. Do not put sensitive information into the page address.
Other Google services. This site uses Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps on some pages. Those connections are independent of the Analytics and Advertising measurement switches and may transmit your IP address and browser/request information to Google. The switches do not mean that every connection to Google is disabled. Review Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Meta. No Meta Pixel is enabled in this release of the site.
Data Retention & Security
We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide service. We take reasonable measures to protect information you submit, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party sites (such as Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
