Truck & Trailer Repair Near Kenosha, WI
Our shop is in Zion, IL · about 11 miles and 20 minutes from Kenosha · Mon–Fri 7am–5pm · Sat 7am–2pm
How to Get Here from Kenosha
Coming south on I-94 from Kenosha or Pleasant Prairie:
- Stay on I-94 past the state line and take exit 1B toward US-41 south (Skokie Hwy).
- Follow US-41 south to IL-173 (Rosecrans Rd) and turn east.
- The shop is at 700 Trumpet Pk Dr, Zion, a few minutes from that intersection.
Heads up: southbound I-94 has no exit at IL-173 — that interchange only lets you off when you’re heading north. Use exit 1B and US-41 instead. Exit 1B comes before the Tri-State toll plazas, so this route has no toll.
From the east side of Kenosha, many drivers take Green Bay Rd or Sheridan Rd south instead. Not sure? Call us and we’ll walk you in.
Why Kenosha Drivers Come to Zion
- One shop for truck and trailer. Engine, after-treatment, brakes, electrical, trailer, reefer, welding and body work under one roof.
- Drop-and-hook and parking. Repairs and truck parking are on the same paved yard, so you can drop a trailer and keep moving.
- Saturday hours. Open Saturday 7am–2pm for drivers who can’t come in during the week.
- Mobile repair on I-94. If the truck can’t move, our mobile truck repair unit covers the I-94 corridor into Kenosha County during business hours. Call to confirm coverage for your exact location.
